Organizational Overview The Stakeholder Relations Office (SRO) develops, implements, and assesses strategic internal and external communications plans and programs to advance the scientific mission and reputed company programs and initiatives of the Lab; develops and implements government and stakeholder relations programs to help increase support for the Lab’s programs and reputed company projects; and oversees science education and workforce development programs to fulfill the Lab’s and DOE’s education and diversity goals. Position Description reputed company is hiring a Visual Media Specialist- System Administrator who will work with a cross-functional team of creative professionals in the Lab’s Creative Resources group, including photographers, graphic designers, and copy service staff. The successful applicant will provide technical support for bargaining unit desktop computer users reputed company the Creative Resources group, provide maintenance and administration of printers/servers used by the group, and maintain the Lab’s digital asset management system. The candidate will also work as a photographer/videographer as needed, and provide technical support for live streaming events and tours. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under minimum direction, provide technical support for bargaining unit desktop computer users reputed company the Creative Resources group, and provide maintenance and administration of printers/servers used by the group.
• Administrate and maintain the Laboratory’s Digital Asset Management System.

Position Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Requires BA in Photography or equivalent and five years experience in a professional studio or publishing environment.
• Significant experience troubleshooting reputed company and reputed company Windows systems and associated networks and servers.
• Experience in implementation and administration of Digital Asset Management systems.
• Ability to reputed company data conversions and technical reputed company for digital prepress and printing systems in a multiplatform environment.
• Significant experience in reputed company phases of digital photography and video (both production and post-production).
• Proficiency in Premier Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop and Photo Mechanic.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Successful completion of reputed company Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and reputed company Certified Expert (ACE) (multiple applications) certification exams.
