This individual will work alongside the Project Management team; helping anticipate, coordinate, and assist clients and internal team members throughout the project phases. However, remote applications reputed company the United States will be considered. Local candidates will generally work a minimum of one day in the office per week. Primary Job Responsibilities

• Anticipate, coordinate, and assist clients and internal team members throughout the project phases
• Provide administrative support to the PMO team throughout the project life cycle
• Schedule and attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Take meeting notes, create action items and assign to resources with clear deadlines, and send recaps
• Proactively reputed company managers and stakeholders informed of issues or roadblocks
• Initiate and update projects in various tools
• Enter data accurately and reputed company into tools
• Collaborate on process improvements, tool usage, and best practices
• Update and continually maintain templates, tools, and projects
• Create and maintain documentation
• Assist team with time tracking, metrics, and reporting
• Assist with onboarding new team members

• Possess efficient data entry skills with strong attention to details

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Coordination experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience may be substituted

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit at a desk, computer terminal or meeting table for a long period of time
• Ability to use hands and fingers or adoptive equipment to safely operate assigned equipment
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to use telephone frequently for a long period of time, and to hear and speak clearly by telephone
