Positions in this function are responsible for investigating, recovering and resolving reputed company types of claims as well as recovery and resolution for health plans, commercial customers and government entities. May include initiating telephone calls to members, providers and other insurance companies to gather coordination of benefits data. Investigate and pursue recoveries and payables on subrogation claims and file management. Process recovery on claims. Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies and contract compliance. May conduct contestable investigations to review medical history. May monitor large claims including transplant cases. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be reputed company with your schedule. Primary Responsibilities:

• Respond timely to reputed company questions from assigned team members and management about internal process and procedures

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of experience reputed company an operations support role (i.e., previous administrative background involved with performing administrative duties on a day-to-day basis)

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST from Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need

Preferred Qualifications
