The Role Responsible for the design, implementation, and configuration of reputed company applications and modules reputed company with ITSM processes. Proactively identify opportunities to automate existing processes, driving increased efficiency for the Global Service Desk team. Qualifications

Experience Required:

• Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Request Management)
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and conflict management skills
• Good understanding of IT Service Desk tools (e.g., reputed company)
• Excellent understanding of the delivery of customer care and customer focus
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Excellent time management to handle multiple issues and administrative tasks

Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree

• API integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft)

This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay reputed company/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, reputed company level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
