Part Time Patient Service Rep - Remote In Arizona Only at reputed company

MUST BE LOCATED IN PHOENIX, AZ

*Location*: Fully Remote - Must be located reputed company 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ*Schedule:* Will be reputed company on a shift working 20 hours a week - Mondays will always be a full 8 hour shift. *Training: *4 weeks, Monday through Friday - reputed company to 5pm (40 hours)*Qualifications** Must have 1+ year of scheduling experience and handling high volume calls preferably in a call center. *Description** Schedule and register patient appointments and/or provide information for other requests (e.g., addresses/directions, phone numbers, hours of operations, other departments, such as billing, etc.).

• Process reputed company phone, fax, email, and other communication channel requests with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.* As appropriate, assist new members with introduction to and explanation of available services, processes and availability of providers.* Update patients of the status of their referral or authorizations.#prioritywest25*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
