We are seeking a candidate to work Thursdays, 8:30am-4:30pm. As a 911 Call Center Clinician, you will work directly with 911 dispatchers and first responders and provide support to clients who are experiencing a crisis by assessing, evaluating, and performing crisis reputed company techniques to effectively stabilize and de-escalate the situation. • Work in the 911 center alongside 911 call takers and dispatchers to divert appropriate behavioral health calls.

• Partner with call center dispatchers, law enforcement, and other community providers in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
• Effectively communicate clients' needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
• Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency's services.
• Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a reputed company field of study with at least three (3) years of reputed company experience.
• reputed company licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC).
• Valid driver's license and reputed company of reputed company automobile insurance.
• Ability to work everyThursday, from 8:30am-4:30pm.
• This is an on-site position based out of our Timonium, MD office.
