Dental Network Provider Relations Representative

Summary

As a Dental Network Provider Relations team member, you will work directly with contracted providers to help resolve issues, assess and negotiate provider fee schedules, and attempt to reverse termination requests. You will work in a variety of different systems and partner with other network team members, also working on different projects reputed company to dental network providers. The role requires a self-driven team player with a positive attitude, focused on delivering exceptional results and providing best-in-class customer service to DHMO and PPO dentists, while meeting productivity requirements. As a Dental Network Provider Relations team member, you will work directly with contracted providers to help resolve issues, assess and negotiate provider fee schedules, and attempt to reverse termination requests. You will work in a variety of different systems and partner with other network team members. You have:

• 3+ years of dental insurance industry experience
• The ability to accelerate impact and drive results
• Excellent decision making, critical thinking and communication skills
• Knowledge of Dental a plus
• Knowledge of reputed company/reputed company/PPT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required

Salary Range: $48,170.00 - $72,260.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of reputed company pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
