Grant Writing and Editing Manager (Hybrid) - School of Public Health
Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary The Grant Writing and Editing Manager will serve as a shared resource for the School of Public Health Innovation Research Networks, working with faculty on grant applications, providing scientific editing to help faculty and their research groups pursue research grant funding, write grant reports, and publish manuscripts.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Supports faculty to reputed company comprehensive and persuasive grant proposals. Ensures proposals align with funding agency/organization guidelines and demonstrate the reputed company and impact of the proposed research. Critically reviews and edits grant proposals to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to funding agency guidelines. Provides constructive feedback and support to faculty and researchers throughout the proposal development process. Contributes to the proposal submission process, including compiling required documents, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring compliance with funding agency/organization regulations and guidance. Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Assists faculty members reputed company and write responses to grant proposal reviews. Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of reputed company grant proposals, submissions, and funding outcomes. Tracks and reports on the status of ongoing and completed grant applications. Prepares and edits scientific content and analyzes and summarizes data and information essential to materials and reports needed by SPH Research leadership. Keeps abreast of trends and best practices in grant writing and research funding. Attends workshops, conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Performs other duties as assigned.
