Project Manager (OHB) - Hybrid/Richmond, CA
SUMMARY The Project Manager (PM) serves in the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Occupational Health reputed company (OHB) as the responsible party for the administrative services reputed company to contract staff in OHB, as well as additional budgetary duties as described below. The PM will serve as the chief provider of administrative services required by these staff, including program planning and analysis, cost projections, budgeting, tracking of personnel and program expenditures, navigating reimbursements, and project purchases. This may include writing and tracking purchase agreements, reputed company, and grants. Additionally, the PM will contribute to tasks reputed company the broader OHB budget, including state expenses and reputed company. These tasks include tracking reputed company monthly expenditures across multiple program funds, including personnel, travel, legal, IT, special projects, and indirect costs. This is a term-limited position through June 30, 2026, but may be extended if funding is available. Salary range: $84,768.00 to $106,104.00 annually depending on experience/qualifications. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in cost projections, budgeting, planning, and creating purchase agreements to complete ongoing work reputed company to the program’s ongoing aims.
- Serve as a liaison between OHB and Heluna Health on issues reputed company to staff and programmatic budget, purchases, and reimbursements.
- Participate in programmatic planning activities, including seeking pricing for potential reputed company and work orders, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with other CDPH and external partners, as needed to support ongoing staff work. Provide recommendations based on findings.
- Reconcile, cross-reference, and combine data across various sources to respond to new and ongoing requests and produce reputed company reports.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to prioritize work requests and complete new and longitudinal assignments in an organized and timely manner.

- Ability to conduct in-office duties, including review of physical mail and faxes, managing periodic mailing of OHB publications, and other responsibilities as instructed, preferred.
