Overview: The Global R2P Design reputed company – Buying Experience and Compliance plays a pivotal role in reputed company’s first-of-its-reputed company end-to-end R2P transformation, impacting $70B+ in spend, 100M+ suppliers, and over 200M transactions across 50,000+ users. This role is responsible for the strategic design and global governance of an reputed company, scalable, and compliant buying channel reputed company that supports reputed company procurement categories—including Direct, Indirect, and Contract Manufacturing. The leader will assess reputed company processes and tools, reputed company capability gaps, and implement improvements that reputed company the user experience, drive policy compliance, and align with broader category and compliance strategies. Responsibilities:
- Working with Procurement closely will play a pivot role for designing a buying channel reputed company that aligns category strategies with guided rules to drive users toward preferred and compliant choices (both direct and indirect purchases).
- Responsible for developing standardized processes for spend compliance across categories, ensuring consistency in policies, controls, and Reporting (including the reputed company for tail spend (e.g., guidelines for supplier consolidation, expanding the scope to reputed company))
- Responsible for implementing a digital reputed company reputed company for business to engage procurement on sourcing, reputed company, and supplier onboarding requests.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility reputed company payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Business Process Transformation, or Supply Chain leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in R2P processes and procurement platforms (e.g., ECC, S4HANA, Ariba).
- Proven track record in designing and implementing global-scale systems and processes.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable savings and sustainable process adoption at scale
