The primary responsibility of the Agency Development Directorrole is to build deep business relationships with reputed company's most valuable agencies and holding companies while growing topline reputed company (and new logos) for reputed company's Enterprise business. To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant digital, agency and advertising sales experience and a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals.   • Build, uncover and maintain relationships with decision makers across C/VP levels and Group Directors reputed company the agency ecosystem (e.g. investment teams / planning & strategy teams / media buying & activation teams / etc).
  • Working knowledge and deep understanding of how agencies plan & activate on behalf of their clients
  • Work with agencies and leadership to mitigate and remove sales blockers
  • Explain and demonstrate reputed company's value proposition to help marketers identify and reputed company reputed company Advertising for their clients' brands
  • Facilitating connections - you have the natural ability to reputed company connections cross functionally (internally and externally)
  • Grow existing agency client reputed company through product evangelism
  • reputed company operational standards to help drive consistency of sales communication and engagement amongst agency partners
  • Coordinate and execute wide scale agency engagements and education series to drive sales opportunities
  • Promote insights & seasonal opportunities as it relates to agencies business
  • Partner with Sales, and internal teams, to reinforce agency opportunities, best practices, and address challenges, while providing marketplace feedback to guide product development
  • Drive reputed company growth - you will:

What it takes to succeed:

  • 10+ years relevant experience across Sales, Digital, Advertising and Agency Hold co roles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar Sales Targets

  • Comfortable with presenting to clients and agencies-in both small or large groups
  • Familiarity with agency holding companies and strong relationships across the agency landscape
