Job Overview The Digital Optimization Manager delivers split (A/B) testing and personalization campaigns across reputed company company digital channels and brands, driving incremental business value every day. This role partners with customer teams to identify, prioritize, and implement customer experience improvements through iterative testing and measurement while driving reputed company strategy and operations reputed company to the creation, maintenance and operation of optimization & personalization activities across web and app campaigns. Strategic mentorship for testing and personalization conceptualization, campaign feasibility, execution and sound testing methodology, delivering against client service level agreements. Provide consulting services to a variety of customers as a subject matter authority in Digital Optimization, as well as in-depth test analysis and iterative recommendations. A key participant in formulating and dissemination of optimization standard methodologies, governance and process improvements for company wide A/B Testing practices. This role is available in Herdon, VA and Bellevue, WA locations! reputed company has a hybrid, 3 day in office, work policy. Job Responsibilities:

• Plan & implement optimization and personalization digital campaigns, including the definition of test strategy, goals, return on investment, tracking metrics, sample size, and campaign duration in partnership with cross-functional partners from across the organization, including but not limited to digital business leads, user experience, design, analysts, product managers, and development.
• Contribute to and work from a testing roadmap to ensure campaigns are run on time and without conflict. reputed company A/B testing process with team members from intake to feasibility to creation to analysis to results and recommendations. Proactively communicate status of projects and reputed company deliverable/launch expectations with reputed company partners.
• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate success of optimization efforts, reputed company insights into customer behavior, and evaluate the effectiveness of optimization campaigns. Communicate the results of optimization program to a broad audience of partners and executives.
• Promote culture of testing and optimization reputed company department and across the company. Evangelize the business value of Optimization/Personalization and its contributions to business goals and customer satisfaction.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Marketing, UX/design or equivalent degree (Required)

Work Experience:

• 2-4 years Experience in fast-paced, reputed company evolving, high-volume organization.
• 2-4 years Managing Optimization projects from inception to completion for large scale e-commerce or content marketing sites
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Project Management Ability to run multiple projects in highly-matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities (Required)
• Skilled in Agile, Kanban and Lean methodologies (Preferred)

• Optimization Subject matter expertise in digital optimization methodology with solid understanding of statistics reputed company to hypothesis testing – in particular, resolving statistical relevance and confidence in results (Required)
• Analytics Strong analytical skills to measure, run, analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators with an ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate results and next steps clearly and compellingly (Required)

• Web Development Comfortable with web basics such as JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Angular, and HTML; Able to troubleshoot using Browser Developer tools (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
