Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Processor to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experience and service enhancement. As a Remote Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for performing data entry with high accuracy, classifying documents, and working on various tasks based on established procedures and guidelines. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

* Performs data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements

  • Performs manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI)
  • Classifies documents based on client's requirements
  • Works on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
  • Works/receives a close degree of supervision
  • Ability to problem solve, self-guided
  • Complies with company policies and standards
  • Monday to Friday, but open for weekends per business needs

Requirements

* Must pass typing test with 40 wpm+

  • High School Diploma;
  • 1-2 years in a working environment
  • Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week
  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills
  • Computer Skills: Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Able to work independently and remain self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Great Customer Service and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately
