Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and meet customer needs

• Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
• Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to drive reputed company growth and customer satisfaction
• Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention

Requirements
