Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor to join reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers. You will work collaboratively with reputed company to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, navigating reputed company through our imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry.
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor with blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers
- Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and reputed company to meet client turnaround times
- Navigating reputed company and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
- Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines
- Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
- Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements
- Performing quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines
- Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed
- Alerting management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies
- Providing recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate
Qualifications
To be a successful Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor with blithequark, you will need to possess:

- At least 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role
- Strong data entry/typing skills
