About the Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in influencing generic utilization, therapy changes, and providing education to patients while maintaining our company's reputed company for high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
• Conduct numerous adherence reputed company efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
• Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information
• Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist
• Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-reputed company requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone

• 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another similar application
• Must reside in the state of Nevada
