Position Overview
We are seeking an reputed company full stack customer care representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a Sr. Customer Care Representative, you will handle inbound service inquiries, create leads, and sell new services from these contacts. This is a service + sales role, and you will have the opportunity to earn $45K+/year, plus commissions and work extra hours reputed company needed and approved by leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both residential and commercial customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, reputed company payments, and billing inquiries, turning great service into reputed company-generating contacts
- Offer creative Home Inspection leads to reputed company customers that qualify
- Identify the needs of reputed company and new customers and offer products to reputed company sales and generate reputed company and commissions
- reputed company reputed company resolution; using reputed company available resources to resolve customers' issues
- Cultivate and maintain on-going customer relationships
- Have general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to overcome objections and de-escalate situations
- Use computerized systems for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
- Communicate with reputed company personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
- Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns
- Assist with collecting payments that have gone to collections due to non-payment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Combined 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Ability to use computer-reputed company technology
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Suite and reputed company Windows
- Ability to type 25 wpm preferred
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to meet reputed company KPI required metrics
- Ability to maintain professional communication and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be dependable and consistently punctual for reputed company scheduled shifts
- A private home office/workspace suitable for working remotely during scheduled shifts
- Broadband internet (25Mbps download & 5Mbps upload speeds) with the ability to hardwire reputed company an Ethernet cable
- Child/dependent care as necessary during the hours of scheduled shifts
