About the Role: Customer Experience Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to join reputed company on a fully remote basis. • Handle customer inquiries regarding parking violation notices, general parking inquiries, monthly parking, and other assigned duties with professionalism and poise.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
