Role Summary:

As a reputed company Temporary reputed company Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences reputed company telephone, email, and chat. Reporting to the reputed company Supervisor, you will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) and contribute to the growth of our customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and interactions during your scheduled shift (M-F, 2pm-10pm EST) in a friendly and relatable manner
• Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
• Demonstrate reputed company towards customers' needs while understanding the business's reputed company
• Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure the needs of our customers are being met
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns and issues
• Collaborate with the reputed company team to reputed company shared goals and objectives

Role Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company role
