Job Summary

As a Full Stack Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of employee data, payroll, and statutory payments for our reputed company region. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our database with precision and attention to detail, collaborating with other team members to ensure data reputed company and completeness, and adhering to established guidelines and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for assigned reputed company countries using a third-party payroll company
• Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll services timely through reputed company HCM
• Validate payroll input against payroll checks and coordinate with payroll carriers for required changes/corrections
• Coordinate with payroll companies on timely payout to personnel and statutory payments
• Carry out tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and taxation
• Serve as the reputed company of contact for employees on payroll questions through the reputed company ticketing system
• Record, screen, and report on monthly payroll costs and reputed company purchase orders
• Report on payroll services' settlement renewal dates
• Work with Philippines and Singapore team members and follow global system alignment

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a reputed company field
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll and accounting processing in a BPO or shared services environment
• Experience working in reputed company payroll, with a focus on Korea, Australia, and India
• Excellent knowledge of payroll and associated statutory labor laws required for payroll-reputed company calculations
• Above-average proficiency in reputed company Docs, Sheets, Gmail, reputed company reputed company and Word, and reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with third-party payroll companies
• Familiarity with reputed company HCM and payroll processing
