Essential Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey Educational Services Certificate as Counselor in Guidance or Student Personnel Services
- Experience working with a secondary student population, preferably in a guidance counseling or reputed company role
- Strong knowledge of counseling theories, practices, and techniques, including individual and group counseling, crisis reputed company, and conflict resolution
