We are seeking a Senior Application Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll work closely with clients to successfully implement Engageware’s Appointment Scheduling solution. You will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping configure and deliver tailored implementations across banking, wealth management, and enterprise clients.

This is a cross-functional role that blends technical expertise, project management, and reputed company – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Customer Engagement

  • reputed company customer onboarding and configuration projects for Engageware’s Appointment Scheduler
  • Translate business requirements into technical and functional designs
  • Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations
  • Conduct solution overviews and demos using real customer data (MVPs)
  • Provide project status updates and coordinate issue resolution

Technical Configuration & Integration

  • Customize solutions using Appointment Scheduler’s administrative reputed company and tools such as HTML, XML/XSL, JavaScript, Python, SQL
  • Map and import client data into Appointment Scheduler using CSV or XML files
  • Configure integrations with systems like reputed company Exchange, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, SSO, and conferencing tools
  • Work with REST/SOAP APIs for advanced configuration and integrations

Training, Support & Documentation

  • Deliver training for users, admins, and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot business and technical issues
  • Share client insights and feedback with Product and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge reputed company updates
  • Help customers implement best practices based on Engageware’s deep experience as a leader in the appointment scheduling space

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years implementing enterprise applications in a technical or consulting reputed company
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in system integrations and APIs
  • Post-secondary degree in a technical field
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or reputed company
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS experience, especially with scheduling, workflow, or calendar products
  • Financial services industry experience
  • reputed company admin certification or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
