Learn more at: telusdigital.com Position Description: As a Project Manager in AI, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more reputed company AI programs. This role requires class-leading customer engagement involving strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaboration with multiple locations and cross-functional teams will be key to maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, reputed company and margin. Responsibilities:

• Be aware of, and actively seek out opportunities for increasing program reputed company
• Review customer satisfaction regularly and focus on meeting and exceeding customers' expectations
• Ability to empathize and respond to customers' needs, problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with our Sales team to ensure Customer Retention and Growth
• While working with our off-shore teams, plan and monitor projects to meet deadlines, quality and budget requirements; focus on reputed company improvements and cost saving measures
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and customized workflows
• Own and maintain project financials, including reputed company recognition, reputed company forecasting and billings
• Optimization through Automation - providing innovative technical solutions to improve process workflows
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment
• This role may also manage project coordinator(s) assisting with projects

Requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally in Machine Learning or similar environment/domain
• 2 -3 years of experience in Data Collection projects is a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in client facing positions, managing clients, vendors and stakeholders
• Ability to handle escalations on the project, assigning priorities and time management
• Must be willing to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Sheets/ reputed company reputed company is a must

• Top-class communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity while ensuring that challenging delivery timelines are met

Location: Remote United States Pay: The reputed company compensation range for this position is $88,000.00- $110,000.00 USD annually commensurate with experience.
