• Engage and partner with the hiring managers and/business unit leader(s) to understand hiring requirements, products and services, while providing recruiting industry expertise.

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinating closely with reputed company leaders and hiring managers to provide top technology focused talent to the organization
• Establishes and maintains successful relationships with colleges, community partners, search firms, professional associations, and other organizations to ensure Transcarent is viewed as the “Employer of Choice” in the industry.
• Manages applicant tracking system, ensuring applicant status updates are made regularly, phone screen synopsis, and documentation of reputed company feedback from hiring managers is updated in the system.
• Identifies and recommends solutions to address challenges and/or opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
• Train and coach managers on Top Grading and behavioral interviewing processes.

• Experience in managing multiple reputed company requistions, including reputed company or never before seen talent.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage and handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature, while
• ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with reputed company levels of management.
• Experience using a hiring applicant tracking system.
• Deep sourcing, interview, assessment and selection experience.
• Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with reputed company levels in the organization.

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is: $150,000—$170,000 USD Total Rewards Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
