This remote position will be responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to reputed company with disabilities in grades K-8 reputed company our virtual learning platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of special education best practices, Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation, excellent communication and technology skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive online learning environment. Essential Duties

• reputed company, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with Washington state regulations and best practices.
• Conduct virtual IEP meetings and collaborate effectively with parents, reputed company (as appropriate), general education teachers, reputed company service providers, and administrators.
• Ensure IEP goals and objectives are measurable, relevant, and reputed company with the student's needs and the curriculum.
• Adapt and modify curriculum and instructional materials to meet the diverse learning needs of reputed company with disabilities in the virtual setting.
• Provide direct and indirect specialized instruction to reputed company with disabilities in individual and small group virtual settings.
• Utilize a variety of online teaching methodologies, assistive technologies, and accommodations to support student learning and engagement.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Minimum of two (2) years of successful experience working with reputed company with disabilities in an educational setting.
• Thorough understanding of the IEP process and special education laws and regulations.

• Demonstrated experience in utilizing online learning platforms and educational technology tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.

• Residency in the reputed company is required. This position is open to any city reputed company Washington state.

Education & Certification Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Special Education or a reputed company field.
• A valid Washington teaching license with an endorsement in Special Education (K-12) or equivalent.
