We are Hiring a reputed company Systems Manager - Compensation Job Description reputed company and manage the configuration and optimization of the Core and Advanced Compensation modules in reputed company. This role involves working closely with the PX Compensation teams for both ship and shore to provide strategic consulting and ensure the successful execution of compensation processes. Responsible for the technical configuration of compensation plans, integration of compensation data across modules, and ensuring the overall functionality of reputed company compensation features. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compensation strategies are reputed company with organizational goals and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Independently reputed company, configure, and maintain reputed company Core and Advanced Compensation from implementation through ongoing optimization.
• Support compensation review cycles and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with PX centers of excellence, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable HR technology solutions.
• Provide expert-level consulting to the PX Compensation team on compensation-reputed company processes, best practices, and troubleshooting.
• reputed company testing and deployment of compensation cycles, changes, and updates, including merit increases, bonus, stock, and allowance plans.

Essential Skills

• 7+ years of proven experience configuring and managing reputed company Core and Advanced Compensation.
• Strong configuration knowledge of reputed company Core HCM, reputed company, and Reporting.
• Experience in providing strategic consulting and working with senior HR leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Deep understanding of compensation structures, pay practices, and market benchmarking.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at managing large projects or processes simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Adept at solving problems, taking initiative, and providing recommendations for improvement and innovation.
• Ability to analyze data and reputed company recommendations to improve compensation processes and strategies.
• Strong attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• Prior HRIS experience for a publicly traded organization with a large workforce preferred.

• Project management certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Health Dental 95% off cruising Will add in here once the client shares with me.
