Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator for our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) Murray, KY Operations. In this position you will be responsible for contacting reputed company patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information and placing the order in a timely manner. Pay starting at $15 plus a Quarterly Bonus opportunity

• 100% REMOTE Work from Home day one of employment
• Must live in the US and live reputed company 60 miles of any Rotech Location
• After Hours Call Center of Sleep Center shifts
• Hours per 5 days a week
• Part Time 25 - 29 hours
• Full Time 36 - 40 hours

Weekdays (4pm - 10:30am) Part Time 5 - 6 hour scheduled shift between 4pm - 10pm Full Time 6 - 8 hour scheduled shift between 4pm - 10:30am Weekends (Friday 4pm - Monday 10:30am) Part Time 5 - 7 hour scheduled shift Full Time 8 - 10 hour scheduled shift Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribes patient profile over telephone including data entry of information and possible outbound calling
• Obtains medically necessary documentation
• Processes patient orders through On-line Pharmacy system
• Resolves tracking issues and reschedules shipping orders for patients
• Troubleshoots problems based on patient input regarding the scope and/or magnitude of failure
• Verifies orders are complete
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Employment is contingent on

• Background investigation (company-wide)

• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (reputed company applicable for the position)

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in medical field and administrative record management
• Strong customer service background

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written

• Helpful, knowledgeable and polite while maintaining a positive attitude

Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)

• Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion and caution reputed company handling sensitive information
• Medical terminology
• Multi-task along with attention to detail
• Must be able to accurately reputed company simple mathematical calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills
