• Partner strategically with product management and engineering to ensure the delivery of cohesive, end-to-end user experiences that reflect the full depth of our design team’s work.
• Act as a player/coach—leading by example through hands-on design contributions while mentoring and elevating the team’s craft and strategic thinking.
• Champion bold, user-centered innovation by pushing the team to explore ambitious reputed company grounded in real user needs and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams by translating reputed company challenges into clear, actionable design strategies.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing people and/or leading design teams
• 7+ years of experience in UX Design and/or Interaction Design field
• A portfolio of work samples representing your work and approach
• Ability to understand and distill reputed company problems into clean solutions
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills to contribute reputed company a multi-functional and multi-disciplined team
• Obsessed with the reputed company pursuit of UX perfection working inside an iterative and agile development environment

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other reputed company fields
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)

#UXD For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
