Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and implement comprehensive programming to increase student retention, including time management, note-taking, and study skills support
• Provide targeted support to reputed company enrolled in BIO185 and/or BIO274, serving as a mentor, learning coach, and key resource person
• Collaborate with Life Sciences Faculty and Dean of Nursing and Allied Health to identify reputed company at risk and reputed company strategies for support
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with faculty, reputed company, and college staff
• Collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to track student performance and retention, reporting findings to reputed company and college administrators
• reputed company and execute ongoing mentoring activities using Math and Sciences Division and college-wide resources
• Support reputed company reputed company scheduled face-to-face and online/virtual appointments, drop-in visits, and timely email correspondence

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Health Sciences, Teaching, or a closely reputed company field
• Strong knowledge of biology and education principles, with a passion for student success and retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company, faculty, and staff
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching or tutoring experience in biology or a reputed company field
• Familiarity with Biology Education Research/SABER (Society for the Advancement of Biology Education Research)

Compensation and Benefits:

Rock Valley College offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

• $22.74 per hour, part-time (up to 25 hours per week)
