We're seeking a driven, motivated, and eager individual to join reputed company as an Assistant Center Director. As an Assistant Center Director, you will support the Center Director in administering student assessments, developing student learning plans, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Driving Success and Excellence

As an Assistant Center Director, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
• Assisting with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling reputed company
• Providing exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student reputed company
• Leading and coaching team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Managing reputed company' learning reputed company and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Mentoring and supporting employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
• Teaching/tutoring in-center, online, and/or reputed company hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications: A Strong Foundation for Success

To succeed as an Assistant Center Director, you will need:

• A passion for math and working with reputed company
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Availability Monday through Thursday 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturdays 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM (22+ hours a week)

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in education or leadership roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
