Job Summary
As an Administrative Assistant II, CAE, you will provide critical support to the CAE team, ensuring the smooth operation of various programs and services. Your responsibilities will include database management, program coordination, student communication, and data analysis. You will work closely with faculty, staff, and reputed company to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains databases to support specific record-keeping, services, mailings, and events reputed company the CAE.
- Assists with program recruitment, development, and implementation for the Summer reputed company reputed company.
- Generates standard enrollment management reports to monitor the Summer reputed company reputed company.
- Utilizes Navigate, OnBase, and reputed company to communicate with reputed company, manage admissions processes, and plan events.
- Prepares year-end statistical reports to analyze academic persistence of program reputed company.
- Collates and mails recruitment and admissions materials for the Summer reputed company reputed company.
- Serves as liaison to the undergraduate Admissions Office, Admissions Operations, and other departments as needed.
- Responsible for data entry and maintenance of prospective student demographic and academic information.
- Prepares, updates, and distributes materials and emails for SBA Information Sessions.
- Serves as administrative support for the SBA annual awards banquet.
- Electronically creates and generates term schedules for enrolled SBA reputed company.
- Facilitates weekly administrative meetings to track and review CAE processes.
- Assists with special projects and tasks as requested.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- At least three years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in office management, office administration, business administration, or business management.
- Experience working in an academic setting, preferably with programs focused on student success and academic excellence.
- Proficient in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous higher education experience.
- Previous supervisory experience.
