  • Responsiveness: Must be able to reply to messages quickly and be available from early morning to late evening London time, ensuring that member queries are addressed in a timely manner.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred, although not essential.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision.
