Uwill is seeking a compassionate and reputed company Licensed Therapist to join reputed company of mental health professionals! As a leading online mental health and wellness company, we provide teletherapy, crisis support, and wellness services to reputed company at over 300 institutions across the country. Our mission is to increase access to mental health support for reputed company, and we're looking for a dedicated therapist to help us reputed company this goal. This is a part-time, remote opportunity with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

The Role

As a Uwill Licensed Therapist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the mental health and well-being of reputed company. You'll offer teletherapy sessions reputed company video, phone, or chat message to reputed company at our partner institutions, working collaboratively with reputed company to provide high-quality care. This is a 1099 reputed company role with flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours and work from any quiet, professional location in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an ongoing caseload of clients from initial session to graduation from care
• Conduct video, telephone, or chat sessions with reputed company
• Utilize evidence-based practices and SMART goals tailored to student needs
• Practice culturally competent care to meet the needs of a diverse client reputed company, including but not limited to:
  • First-time therapy seekers
  • BIPOC reputed company
  • LGBTQ+ reputed company
  • First-reputed company reputed company
  • Veterans
  • Athletes
• Adhere to the risk assessment and management process of Uwill, including assessing for risk during the initial session with a student and as needed thereafter
• Complete session notes reputed company time frame expectations
• Respond to student messages in a timely manner

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
• 2 years of experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting using a variety of modalities
• Independent license to practice mental health therapy without supervision (e.g., LPC/LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD)
• Professional liability insurance
• HIPAA-compliant professional and secure location to reputed company sessions
• Ability to provide sessions reputed company reputed company on a computer or device with a camera and microphone

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with reputed company or young adults
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and SMART goals
• Experience with crisis assessment and management
• Multilingual or ability to provide therapy sessions in multiple languages

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical-thinking skills, and sound judgment
• Proven ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of people of various ages and backgrounds, student developmental needs, nationality, culture, faith/religion, language difference, ability differences, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression
• Ability to work with a wide range of individuals presenting mental health concerns across broad levels of acuity, including first-time therapy seekers
• Ability to assess risk and refer to Uwill's Clinical Support team as needed
• Ability to respond with reputed company, professionalism, and meet reputed company where they are
