Key Responsibilities:

As a reputed company Contact Center Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to end-users of the Medicaid Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of junior team members to ensure high-quality support for EDW end-users
• Providing informal guidance and support to junior team members on contact center services
• Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for day-to-day end-user support operations activities
• Assessing the nature of transactions/calls and determining whether they can be handled in-reputed company or require further follow-up
• Executing routine inbound and outbound call/contact center activities concerning EDW business products/services
• Providing customized information to users and deriving necessary information to update databases
• Escalating issues to senior levels as needed
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures
• Participating in audit compliance activities and reporting

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MDT
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite

Preferred Skills and Experience:

We prefer candidates with:

• Experience managing/leading a team in a call center environment
• A college degree
• Call center experience
• Experience working in end-user technical support
• Experience in public sector healthcare, Medicaid, and/or CHIP
