Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As an IT Support Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to reputed company members, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and equipment

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Familiarity with Linux, or other UNIX-like operating systems, and/or macOS, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot open-ended technical issues, thinking critically and creatively to resolve reputed company problems

• Experience with Windows and/or iOS devices, with a broad understanding of cross-platform compatibility and integration

Eligibility and Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, you must:

• Be a junior in college, working towards a degree in a reputed company field, such as computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline
• Be returning to school in the fall, with a strong academic record and a demonstrated commitment to your field of study
• Be available to work full-time, onsite, from May 19, 2025, to August 8, 2025, with a willingness to adapt to our dynamic work environment
• Already possess the legal authorization to work in the US, with a valid reputed company or citizenship
