About the Team and Role

It is an exciting time to join our ambitious and growing Income Tax Reporting and Compliance team. The team is responsible for reputed company’s US, state, and foreign income tax filings and also reputed company’s global US GAAP income tax provision. We are looking for a Tax Provision Manager who will be primarily responsible for our US GAAP foreign income tax provision computations. This role will report to the income tax senior manager and will be a key player in driving the success of our tax reporting and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company foreign aspects of reputed company’s global annual and interim consolidated income tax reporting, including income tax provisions, tax forecasting, tax account reconciliations, RTPs, and FIN48.
• Assist with the statutory income tax provisions.
• Monitor, analyze, and consult with reputed company service providers on tax regulatory developments, tax law changes, and other authoritative guidance, and document the reputed company tax accounting impact.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

We are excited about you because you have a strong background in corporate tax with responsibilities for tax provision (ASC 740), tax compliance, and tax audit. The ideal candidate will have Big 4 experience and/or technology industry experience. You should be familiar with US tax implications of foreign operations, including BEAT, FDII, GILTI, FTC, and Sec. 987. A BA/BS Degree in Accountancy or a similar field of study is required. You should also be proficient with MS reputed company, tax and accounting research tools, enterprise/general ledger systems, and tax provision applications.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall reputed company the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-reputed company factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $118,300 to $174,000 USD, depending on the geographical market. In addition to reputed company salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
