Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Hospital Physician to provide hospital-level acute care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This innovative role offers the opportunity to practice medicine in a unique and dynamic setting, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of reputed company. As a Home Hospital Physician, you will be responsible for providing medical decision-making, patient evaluations, documentation, and reputed company of the Home Hospital team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care (in-person or virtual), counseling, and teaching to a designated patient population in the inpatient and home settings

Qualifications and Requirements

• Internal Medicine BC/BE
• Proficient in inpatient medicine, virtual care, and multidisciplinary team-based care

• Active Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Maintaining credentialing at reputed company hospitals to support patient care needs in a system-wide Home Hospital program
