Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ParaEducator, Special Programs to join reputed company. As a ParaEducator, you will provide individualized instruction, academic support, and behavioral monitoring to reputed company in specialized programs. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure that our reputed company receive the best possible education and care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in general education settings to reputed company reputed company to fully participate in class activities
- Assist reputed company in Specialized Programs by tutoring, adapting work, and monitoring and enforcing social and acceptable behavior
- Implement specialized therapy programs and work directly with therapists on physical reputed company and Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
- Assist special needs reputed company in performing daily routines, including getting to and from class and bus stops, using toilets, diapering, feeding, medical needs, and personal hygiene
- Support behavior plan implementation and utilize CPI (Non-Violent Crisis reputed company) techniques and safety monitoring
- Sanitize, disinfect, and clean learning environments and general work areas of reputed company bodily fluids
- Facilitate and encourage speech and language development through the use of alternate communication systems such as sign language or voice-activated computer systems

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A willingness to work with reputed company with significant needs (training opportunities provided)
- A criminal background reputed company required for hire
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-hire, post-offer physical examination
- CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
- Universal Precautions training required reputed company 3 months after entering the position
- CPI/Safety Care training certification required reputed company 3 months after entering the position
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
