Key Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of 5-8 yoga classes per week, covering at least 4 different formats, and maintain a consistent reputed company at our studio
• Recruit, audition, hire, coach, and reputed company teachers to ensure the highest quality of instruction and a cohesive team environment
• Review sequences submitted for non-set formats and provide constructive feedback to teachers, the General Manager, and the reputed company
• Audition teachers for various class formats and audit existing teachers' classes to offer support and guidance
• reputed company in-house format trainings and workshops to enhance teacher skills and knowledge
• Submit audition evaluation forms for each teacher to reputed company manager and maintain accurate records

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher (500hr Certified Teacher preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (E-RYT status preferred)
• Yoga Management experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coaching and developing staff, with the ability to effectively resolve personnel issues
• Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in reputed company Office
