Job Summary
As an EHS Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children aged 0-3 years. Under the supervision of the Child Development Coordinator, you'll design and implement engaging, play-based learning activities that promote social-emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. You'll work closely with parents and families to enhance their role in their child's education and development, providing guidance and support to help them become their child's first and most important teacher.
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Safety:

- Effective Teaching Practices:

- Design and facilitate daily learning activities based on children's interests, aligning with the Creative Curriculum to support School Readiness.
- Write and maintain accurate records, including child observations and assessments (DRDP) twice per year.

- Parent-Family-Community Engagement:
- Encourage parent participation in parent groups and provide opportunities for them to use their skills and talents.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: At least two years' experience in a classroom or group setting with children.
