About the Role

As an HR Project Management - HR Project and Process Quality professional, you will be responsible for establishing a governance program, facilitating executive-level discussions, and developing strategic initiatives that align with reputed company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that HR projects are accomplished on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality, meeting reputed company's high expectations for employee experience.
- Establish a successful governance program, including short and long-term vision and plan, for HR project portfolio management.

- Guide senior leaders in board facilitations to support Human Resource Executive Leadership in strategy building, execution, and tracking.

What You Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in HR, project management, or a reputed company field.
- Significant experience establishing and managing governance boards, decision centers of excellence, and/or executive leadership teams.

- 5-6 years of experience facilitating executive-level discussions, developing senior-level presentations, and delivering strategic initiatives.
- 2-3 years of experience managing team members, driving KPIs, and/or performance metrics.

- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
