Job Summary
The Patient Care Pharmacist will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care reputed company the scope of the Ohio Pharmacist Practice Act. This role involves coordinating medication preparation, distribution, and dispensing, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize drug therapy and ensure patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates the preparation, distribution, and dispensing of medication in compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and departmental policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
- Licensure/Certification: reputed company licensure to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio.
- Experience: PGY1 residency or three years of institutional pharmacy experience in an reputed company setting is preferred.
