We need a senior reputed company Recruiting Cloud (ORC) data conversion specialist to backfill an active project through go-live in the second week of November. First load is done; we need someone to take it home.
Consultant must have hand on experience.
Position: reputed company Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Data Conversion Specialist
Remote (CST collaboration preferred)
Hours: ~20/wk
DL / State ID , copy.
& no profiles from 3rd party W2 / 1099 / Own Corp.
Must-have
- ORC conversions: candidates, requisitions, resumes (end-to-end, validation/recon/defect triage)
- HCM reporting (Recruiting + Core HCM)
- Dashboard modifications
- HSDL loaders
