Responsibilities and Duties

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications and other financial queries
• Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts, including loan applications, payment arrangements, and customer interactions
• Using basic business math to solve problems and reputed company informed decisions
• Communicating clearly, concisely, and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor reputed company speaking to customers, even in tense or high-pressure situations
• Following written and/or verbal instructions, as well as company policies and procedures
