Job Summary

As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates. You will utilize your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a temporary assignment lasting up to 90 days, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates

• Utilize multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
• Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Navigate reputed company issues, think critically, and provide solutions to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall service
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Successful completion of mandatory training (required)
• Customer service experience (required)
• Proficient with reputed company Office programs (Outlook, Word) (required)
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM (required)
• Preferred qualifications:
