Key Responsibilities

  • Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be courteous, professional, and able to demonstrate patience in reputed company customer contact situations. A high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience is preferred, although we will consider candidates with equivalent experience and skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

  • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
