The Role: Customer Engineer - Entra ID

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Engineer - Entra ID to join reputed company on a 100% remote basis. As a Customer Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering proactive services, educating customers, and providing expert guidance on Entra ID solutions. Your role will be pivotal in building strong customer relationships, ensuring deliveries align with customer projects, and maintaining technical expertise.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to customers.
• Train customers and share industry and development expertise to enhance their understanding and use of Entra ID solutions.
• Be part of a thriving developer community focused on improving customer experiences, software development goals, and technology use.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring deliveries are reputed company with customer projects and milestones.

• Understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Identity infrastructure (Entra ID), and reputed company.
