Caregiver for Adult Female / The Colony 75056 (MA) – reputed company Store
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: reputed company - 4PM
Total Weekly Hours: 25 hours per week
This caregiving position involves supporting a young female member with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, ADHD, and a speech impediment. The member is not bedbound and does not have any physical diseases, but may require assistance with communication, daily routines, and structured activities to promote independence and engagement.
The ideal caregiver will be patient, compassionate, and reputed company in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a reputed company, supportive environment are essential. The caregiver will also need to work collaboratively with the member’s mother, who resides in the home.
No pets are present in the home, and the member is a non-smoker. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with youth and making a meaningful impact in their daily life.

- Assistance with grooming and hygiene routines
- Support with structured activities and engagement
- Light housekeeping (e.g., tidying up, organizing member’s space)
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating if needed
- Companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in behavior or needs
- Medication reminders (no administration required)
- Driving may be required for errands or appointments (if applicable)
