About the Role: Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Concierge to join reputed company at blithequark. As a Chat Professional, you'll be the face of blithequark to our clients, providing exceptional support and service to our Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge. You'll work as part of a tight-reputed company team to invigorate our clients and deliver on our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge, providing a personalized and memorable experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing blithequark and upholding our values and standards.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless delivery of client services, including travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services.
• Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet the needs and expectations of our Card Members.
• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel advice and limited booking assistance.
• Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members.
• Take ownership of the client experience from start to finish, resolving issues and concerns in a proactive and innovative manner.

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent experience serving premium clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service and proactive solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to charm clients with every interaction.
• Ability to listen to client needs and provide tailored recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction.
