Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and respectful online community on our official reputed company server. You will be responsible for enforcing our community guidelines, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that our users feel safe and supported. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Moderate the chat on our official reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
- Delete messages that violate our community guidelines, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language + Harassment or bullying + Spam or self-promotion + Inflammatory or provocative content
- Ban users who have repeatedly violated our community guidelines, after a thorough investigation and warning process.
- Mute users who have violated our community guidelines, to prevent further disruption.
- Investigate reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines, and take appropriate action.
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement community guidelines and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to our users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in online community management and reputed company server governance.
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
